4- Excellent 5 Goals have been clearly established Exercises selected in fitness plan meet all the goals of the individual The individuals fitness plan offers a variety of exercises that are challenging and demonstrates a clear knowledge of DOMS and how it works The developed plan demonstrates a clear understanding of muscle groups The plan is well thought out, proper terminology is being used & project is clean looking

3- Good 3-4 Goals have been clearly established Exercises selected meet some of the goals of the individual The individual fitness plan offers some variety in exercises and demonstrates that the components of DOMS have been thought about. The developed plan demonstrates some knowledge of the muscle groups The plan is well thought out & proper terminology is being used

2-Fair 1-2 Goals have been Clearly Established Exercises selected meet only 1 or 2 goals laid out by individual

1- Poor 0 Goals have been established. None of the selected exercises meet the goals of the individual

Variety of plan

The individual fitness plan offers some variety but does not meet the requirements to aid with the DOMS theory.

The individual fitness plan has very little variety

Muscle Grouping

The developed plan demonstrates little understanding of the muscle groups

The developed plan has no indication of muscle grouping

Quality of work

The plan is not well thought out & some terminology is being used

The plan is not well thought out, no terminology is being used & project needs to be cleaned up.
