Hipermarket Dis represents reconstructed industrial complex in Belgrade with a total area of 56.176 square metres.

During the reconstruction the purpose of the facility has been changed and as a result the productive industrial building has been transformed into a unique commercial area with associated storage and administrative spaces. This solution activates not only an abandoned building, but the whole area where is positioned. In this way the objects that did not meet the requirements of energy efficiency gives the opportunity to become more sustainable buildings. This was achieved by using appropriate materials such as Trimoterm-Insulated Fireproof Facade System and Trimo partition walls.
