Weakness will sometimes cause us to rely on our own fleshly strength and can cause spiritual deficiency.

Galatians 5:19-21

Debauchery : extreme indulgence in Sensuality: seduction from virtue or duty. SENSUALITY: relating to or consisting in the gratification of the senses or the indulgence of appetite : fleshly : devoted to or preoccupied with the senses or appetites : Deficient in moral, spiritual, or intellectual interest.

Deficient: Defective Defective-Faulty

1 Corinthians 1:25
For the foolishness of God is wiser than man's wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man's strength.

2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

2 Corinthians 12:10
That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Hebrews 4:15
For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we areyet was without sin.

There is no excuse for sinning in weakness. If we truly rely on the Lord Jesus Christ, we will delight in weakness, knowing the Lord is fighting the battle on our behalf. If we truly believe the Lord is our strength, then we will AlWAYS overcome.

John 16:33 "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." 1 John 5:3-4 3This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, 4for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.
1 John 5:5 Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
