    Cui vs.

    Arellano University Ernesto Cui was enrolled at Arellano University College of Law, from first year up to first semester of fourth year. He the left the school and continued his second semester at University of Abad Santos College of Law. After he graduated he was about to take the Bar Examinations but he must first get his transcript of records and other requirements for taking up the Exams at his former school Arellano University in which most of his record are there. His former school Arellano University refused to give the said transcript to him unless he will pay back the said tuition (P1,033.87) refunded to him when he was still studying at the school under their agreement that he had signed for the acceptance of the scholarship. With that he paid back the said amount in order for him to take the Bar Examinations.
