Rules

1) Two 20-minute running halves. Clock stops in the last minute of the first half and in the last 2 minutes of the second half, unless there is a 15 point differential. Clock also stops on timeouts. 2) Players will be allowed a total of 6 fouls before being disqualified. Other standard high school boys rules apply (free throws, 7 team fouls, 10 team fouls, etc.). 3) Shot clock will be in effect in both main and auxiliary gyms, unless unforeseen issues arise. 4) Games must start on-time so have your players ready. 5-minute halftime. 5- minute pre-game warm-up if games are running behind. If games are running on- time, we will always start at regularly scheduled time. 5) Timeouts a. Each team will have 3 full (1 minute) timeouts to use the entire game. These do not carry into overtime. 6) 2-minute overtime. Second overtime period will be sudden death. Each team will have one full timeout to use in each overtime period. 7) Technical fouls2 points and the ball. a. 2 technical fouls on the same player or coach in the same game will result in an ejection from the gym. 8) Intentional foul 2 points and the ball.
