Bible Study Leader Job Description 1.

The Bible Study Leader is to work with the Womens Ministry Coordinator to go over what the vision and focus is for the year. 2. Spending time praying for biblical direction for the upcoming study. 3. Identify mature Christian women that are committed to attending to the weekly bible study to help teach a week or two. 4. Plan a meeting at the beginning of each new series with the leaders to share the vision and focus of the study and review with them the responsibility of what it means to be a bible study leader (making sure they take the time to fully study for their chapter(s), teaching for their week, etc) 5. On Thursday nights make sure the chapters are printed out and ready to hand out to the women, a refreshment schedule is made and filled out by the women. 6. Weekly send out a reminder about bible study and who is bringing refreshments and another email following bible study with the prayer requests, questions and what we discussed that night. 7. Pray for the women through out the week. 8. Follow up with anyone who hasnt been attending lately.
