SUPERVISION OF TEACHING BY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL IN INTEGRATED ISLAMIC (SDIT) Nurul Fikri OF ACEH By Muhammad Yusuf 0609200050045

ABSTRACT Supervise the implementation of teaching by the principal to the teachers to do with the administrative and scientific reinforcement to achieve the goal of learning at school level education unit. This study aims to: 1.For describe in general and specifically about the principal strategies in fostering teachers in the preparation of the Plan of Implementation of Learners (RPP) and the Teaching of Reference Units (SAP). 2. Implementation of teaching and learning process. 3.Pelaksanaan method of evaluation of learning outcomes. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach, data collection was performed with interviews, observation and documentation of the research subject is the Head of School, Teachers Council and School Committee on Integrated Islamic School (SDIT) Nurul Fikri Aceh Besar. From the research results can be concluded that: 1. implementation of the education level of the education, related to the preparation of lesson plans and SAP have made sesusai and capacity planning of each task performed by the principal as a manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator also by involving the teachers' council by way of monitoring and investigating direct teaching and learning process in class. 2.Proses teaching and learning can be achieved the expected results by the principal through the guidance of teachers during the learning process. 3. Principals to use their own strategies in assessing the success of the implementation of learning outcomes in schools, although the authority assessment can only be done by the teacher concerned. Managers are expected to Nurul Fikri SDIT Aceh Besar to continue to maintain its methods and strategies that have been implemented, in accordance with the vision and mission of Nurul Fikri SDIT Aceh Besar.
