We asked some questions regarding te branch operation. 1. What products does your main company sell? We sell different dried fruits such as mango, pineapple and guava. 2. How many branches does your company has? We have three branches in Luzon which is located in Makati, Quezon Province and Baguio. In Visayas,we have two branches located in Ilo-Ilo and Cebu. While in Mindanao we have only one branch which is here in Davao. 3.. If there are orders, how long would it take to ship the goods from the main office to your branch? Since our products are shipped through shipping lines, it would take four to six days before it could reach in our branch. 4. Do you maintain financial records of your operations separately from main office? Yes, we maintain financial records for internal purpose and also in order for the main office to verify and compare their records with us. 5. Who purchased the office equipments of your branch? It is the main office who purchased our office equipments here such as computers, tables, chairs, etc. 6.How much is the working fund of this branch? The working fund of our branch is 350,000. The main office based this fund on the strategic location here in Davao as well as the size of our branch. 7. If you have collections from your customers, do you remit it immediately to the main office? Yes, we remit it immediately. Our main office assigned a bank account by which we can deposit our collections.
