CHESTERFIELD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC Minutes for the May 3, 2010 Meeting In attendance: Cheryl Liniger, Treasurer,

Edd Liniger, Neighborhood Watch, Scott Johns, Architect, Beverly Petitt, Secretary, John Verfurth, Linda Becker, Suzie Brothers, Gerald Abbott, Charlie Hyde, and Mike Genova. Linda Becker attended the meeting with pool needs. Gary, who takes care of the pool, told her the baby pool needs painting and valves on the pool need to be brought up to code. The pool is to open May 24th. Linda also stated she had the directory and maps for Chestereld Village on her computer. Suzie Brothers, Gerald Abbott, Charlie Hyde, and Mike Genova where in attendance of the meeting. They had be selected for the Covenant Committee (Steve Deford also selected could not attend this meeting). Suzie stated they wanted no changes in the covenant, but to have the covenants enforced. The committee was backing away from getting a lawyer at this time. Charlie Hyde submitted 3 generic letters which could be used when measures needed to be taken due to residents not following the covenants. The Board of Directors agreed Scott Johns is doing a great job. Scott Johns will have the Covenant Committee working with him. The date of June 3rd at 6:30 has been set up for the Board of Directors and the Covenant Committee to meet with Chestereld residents up at the pool house. Letters to all residents will be sent out. Beverly Petitt passed out the minutes from the April meeting. A correction was noted. The bid from John Verfurth was for $4004.00. At this time the Association is still looking for a President and Vice President. Scott Verfurth was in attendance. He will start on the pump house around May 24th. Beverly Petitt made a motion to adjourn and Scott Johns seconded. Respectally submitted by Beverly Petitt, Secretary
