Letter for Rebate July 4, 2012 _________________ _________________ _________________ Greetings! I have availed your service since December of 2012 and was pleased of the service you have given. Though there were times that the Internet connection is down due to a storm or strong wind, I understand. Unfortunately, it was by this 10th day of June when our connection was totally down. No landline dial tone and no Internet connection. We have been calling for immediate action since June 11 and got nothing but a promised house service. I appreciate the service you have given on June 20, when your technician paid a visit and fixed our landline, but he failed to fix the Internet connection on that day. If you try to check your database, I have called almost every day. I even visited your offices in Jones and Mabolo almost every week, hoping for a quality service worth Php1605.87 that we never fail to pay every month. On the 30th day of June, we finally had our Internet connection back. Given that we have not fully availed the service in 20 days span and your company has sent a technician once, I, as your client, demands for a rebate of fee; may it be either I pay only the 10 days usage or skip a month of payment for the shame you have given to a telecommunication company that claims to be the best in the country.
