    Carpenters Union Announces State Legislative Endorsements


    The North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters is pleased to announce its first round of Minnesota legislative endorsements in 2012. This list represents only initial endorsements, and will continue to grow as more candidates are screened. There were many important issues at stake for union construction workers this biennium, said Kyle Makarios, the unions Director of Government Affairs. There were threats and there were opportunities. Thanks to a bipartisan majority of level-headed, projobs legislators, the threats were averted and opportunities seized upon. Candidates endorsed:
