make a bow out of ribbon, fold front of hat brim up and attach bow to center front ROWS 19-20: working behind ch 2 sps, (sc, ch 2, hdc) in each sc around,ch 1, turn, fasten off at end of row 20. ROW 17: 2 sc in each sc around, join, ch 1, turn ROW 8-15: rep rows 6-7

ROW 2: (sc, ch 2, hdc) in first st,rep around, JOI with sl st to first sc, ch 1, turn
