The Center for Energy Efficiency and Building Science (CEEBS), a center of Westchester Community College Continuing Education and Community Services, delivers energy efficiency, building science and environmental sustainability training courses as member of the New York state-wide regional learning centers network. Funded in part through a U.S. Department of Labor Community-Based Job Training grant, and support from Hudson Valley Community College, and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).

ARbORIST CERTIFICATION
Increase your marketability and value to the tree care industry. Owners and employers of landscape companies: your employees can be certified in any of these courses to enhance their professionalism. These programs, certified by the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), provide credentials to tree care professionals in accordance with OSHA guidelines. Classes are lecture only; hands-on experience to be documented by employer. All classes provide CEUs for the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and the TCIA.

Green Construction Management: Intro to LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design)
The federal government, along with many state and local municipalities, is in need of green building professionals who are familiar with the new LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system as they incorporate LEED standards into legislation. This is a broad introduction to LEED and explains how to become credentialed in LEED to improve career opportunities and create a more sustainable environment.
WATER CONSERVATION
Grade C Water Operator Certification
Approved 18-hour program is the required course for operators seeking a Grade C Certification for systems serving 1000 people or less.
