A CHEEKY STORY

O nce upon a time, whilst working the London

Burlesque circuit, Mysti Vine wanted to
perform a special show in Edinburgh. By lucky
coincidence she met sexy Lady Beau Peep who’d found
her dancing sheep and proposed the idea of going to the
magical Edinburgh Fringe Festival to perform. Lady Beau
Peep was thrilled!

As they skipped together down the red-sequinned

Burlesque road, they came across Crimson Skye and Ed,
whose brand of Burlesque fit well into their twisted idea
of what their show would be and so was born...

and their show...

THE PERFORMERS
M ysti Vine, the brainchild of Laura Sandiford, burst onto
the Burlesque scene in 2001 in Vancouver onstage with
the likes of Dita Von Teese, and has never looked back.
Utilizing a background filled with dance, theatre and comedy, she
embodies the true spirit of Burlesque. Truly irreverent, always
entertaining and spontaneous – Mysti has the characters, costumes
and comedic timing to keep you begging for more.

Laura is an accomplished stand-up comedian who has performed

all over the world, including the Vancouver International Comedy
Festival two years running and featured in such prestigious
comedy competitions such as Just for Laughs Home-grown Comedy
and Paramount Comedy Competition in London where she was the
only female finalist.
L ady Beau Peep, played by Louise Patrick has created a
deliciously decadent Burlesque style singing show with
a lot of tease and direct audience involvement.
Lady Beau and her beautiful dancers will deliver raunchy dance
routines, fabulous songs, seductive costumes and lots of fun,
telling the story of how the sweet nursery rhyme character Little
Bo Peep became the extremely naughty Lady Beau Peep!
The shows themes include Little Bo Peep, Spanish, Showgirl
Glamour, Fetish and of course her dancing sheep! This is how
Burlesque should be – satirical, sexy and funny!

Louise has been professionally and passionately performing in

musical theatre, TV and Cabaret for over ten years.
C rimson Skye embodies the glamour of the Golden Age
of Hollywood with mad-cap comedy reminiscent of Lucille Ball,
topped off with a dollop of horror somewhere between Hannibal
Lecter and Kathy Bates’ Misery. This is a performance unlike anything
seen in Burlesque – a whole and rounded character audiences really warm
to and believe in.

Crimson came screaming from the twisted mind of Heather Malone in

January 2006 after graduating from Jo King’s London School of Striptease.
A highly sought after performer on the London and Manchester burlesque
circuits, she is a regular at Jo King’s ever popular Burlesque night at
Volupté and has performed alongside Gwendoline Lamour (the UK’s
answer to Dita Von Teese).
