Summary
My Goal is to increase My Experience rapidly through joining a professional construction firm. Currently, I am assigned in DongHo as project coordinator, and Procurement engineer in Riyadh Strategic water Reservoirs owned by National Water company. Previously, I had worked as a site engineer for more than two years with Integrated Studies group consultant, I was involved in reviewing: submittals of materials ,design calculation, and drawings. Position: Civil Engineer Technical Support at ISG (Integrated Studies Group). Responsibility: Reviewing submittals for materials, tracking construction progress, also reviewing structural design and drawings.

Position: Civil Engineer student instructor at Cairo University Virtual Lab. Responsibility: Directly after completing my B.Sc. from Cairo University faculty of Engineering, I was asked by the head of Cairo University Virtual Lab Prof. Dr. Metwalli Abu Hamd to form the Virtual Lab team. I had worked there as a Student Instructor, our goal was to transmit site experience and new construction technologies to young civil engineering students.

Riyadh Strategic Water Reinforced Concrete Reservoirs Project Status: Procurement and mobilization stage Project Budget: SR 240,000,000 Stakeholders: Contractor: DONGHO (Korean Saudi Limited Company) Consultant: TYPSA CONSULTING ENGINEERS & ARCHITECTS. Owner: National Water Company, KSA

Consists of: 1. 450,000 m3 &150,000 m3 Water Concrete Reservoirs : Cast-in-place concrete; includes blinding concrete, screed, foundations, 12 m height & 900 mm width circular columns, up to 12 m height & 1800 mm width walls. Precast roof slab rested on a precast inverted T-beams (11700 m3).

Two layers of 4 mm Bituminous membrane and 4 mm protection board. Epoxy Polysulphide 1000 micron internal coating (142,000 m2). Polyurethane external coating ( 50,000 m2). Three tower cranes. Two concrete batch plants. 6,000 m of PVC Water stops. Water pipes, fittings, flow meters and sensors, and overall drainage system . Pump station. Chlorination Chamber. Electricity room. Valve rooms.

Main Responsibilities: Procurement of subcontractors and materials. Coordination among project management, engineering management, quality assurance team and planning department in matters regarding to the project.

Tasks: Investigating potential suppliers and recommending those most desirable. Developing submittals for materials that complies with BOQ and specs. meeting supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to materials. Interviewing subcontractor representatives regarding resources and related productivity rates to maintain project minimal duration, also reviewing costs, and the required quality of work. Tracking the detailed project schedule which includes all project phases and dependencies including at least preliminary engineering, detailed design, material procurement, installation, test, and site acceptance system. Tracking project changes and producing updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management. Participation in engineering management team Meetings.
