JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for recruiting IT Professionals ranging in all different areas of the project life cycle. Searching for Resumes in portals, matching with the requirements and setting up interviews. Initial Screening, Coordinating and scheduling the interviews for local candidates Experience in handling Direct, Contract and Contract to hire assignments. Handling the requirements of all kind of Levels (Junior, Mid-Level & Senior Level) Recruiting temporary & permanent staff for corporate firms and Coordinating with Clients for the interviews. Regular follow ups with the Offered candidates for Offer acceptance and date of Joining. Independently fulfilling requirements on niche skills across various domains. Maintains a prospect pipeline sufficient to meet new business targets. Responsible for interviewing, hiring decisions, candidate salary negotiation, offers and declines. Clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including, salary, benefits, bonuses, relocating etc. Follow up the candidates till closure. Preparations of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
