Introduction
• Al-Tawfeek Financial Group (ATFG) is a Cairo-based Holding Company
founded in July 2008 as a financial services firm in accordance with Law
95 of 1992.
• ATFG is 64.9% owned by Al-Tawfeek Financial Group KSA, member of
DALAH El-BARAKA Group, 25.1% owned by UK-based Jiffex Group
Ltd., and 10% owned by the Egyptian Saudi Financial Bank.
• ATFG offers brokerage services through its arm AT Brokerage Company.
• ATFG offers wealth management services to institutions, ultra high-net-
worth individuals, and families from the Middle East through its affiliate
AT Asset Management.
• Through a strategic alliance with KSA-based asset management firm
Dalah, ATFG’s Investment Committee is comprised of a team of
professionals from the KSA and the Middle East with an extensive
background in finance, emerging markets, asset management and private
equity.

Business Lines
• Securities Brokerage
AT Financial brokerage offers brokerage services to retail, high net
worth and institutional clients both locally and abroad. Also, provides
single point of access to regional stock markets through their accounts.
Services include brokerage transactions on the Egyptian exchanges
(EGX), a fully fledged global depository receipts (GDR) desk, as well as
margin and same day trading.

In addition to the services that it offers on the Egyptian Exchange, AT


Financial brokerage has an institutional sales and trading highly
seasoned experienced team with in-depth knowledge in local and
regional equity markets.

AT Financial brokerage team has been successful in bull as well as bear


markets, and is well acquainted with localized features of regional
exchanges, supported by a professional in-house centralized compliance,
auditing, operation and accounting departments, which heads have more
than ten years of transactional experience. Coupled with an unrivalled
track record of execution and reporting to all of our clients.

In less than three month since the fully acquisition, the company rank
jumped 18 places in the market in term of daily trading turnover.

Management
Ashraf Abdel Aziz

Ashraf Abdel-Aziz is the marketing and sales director of AT Securities


Brokerage, a member of AT Financial. He has ten years of progressive
professional experience in the Commercial International Brokerage
Company's dealing room and two years of experience in CIB's collection
department. He headed the Commercial International Brokerage
Company execution desk for six years. Mr. Abdel-Aziz was also head of
the Retail Sales Desk for three years. He managed a team of 18 traders
with an excellent attitude and maximum flexibility. He has a Bachelor of

Arts in economic and political science, as well as being a certified
portfolio manager.

Asset Mmanagement succeeded in managing different portfolio types

AT Asset Management specializes in different Sharia-compliant equities


and real estate funds based on the vast experience gained from the
mother company ATAsset Management Saudi Arabia.

Management

Khalid Abul-Ela

Mr. Abul-Ela is the managing director of AT Asset Management. Prior to


joining ATFG he served as general manager and board member at Delta
Rasmala (ABN-Amro Egypt) and Investment Sector Head at Misr
International Bank. Mr. Abul-Ela obtained his Bachelor of Commerce
degree from Ain Shams University in Cairo.

The AT Financial Research division offers its clients sophisticated, in-depth
analysis of the Egyptian market, asset classes and companies in order to
provide them with the best tools possible to invest and successfully do
business in the region. Our research team is divided into the two areas of
fundamental and technical analysis. They offer focused research supported
by a team of strategists whose analysis helps define the scope of our
interpretations and recommendations.

Management

Hussein Azmy
Mr. Azmy is the Research Director of ATFG. He has 12 experience in the local
capital market. Prior to joining ATFG, he headed the Research Department at
Pioneer Holding Company.. Prior to that he was Vice President of the Research
Department at AK Asset Management and a member of the Investment
Committee. Mr. Azmy also served as advisor to the Holding Company for
Biological Products and Vaccines (VACSERA). He is a Certified Private Equity
Specialist (CPES) from the American Academy of Financial Management
(AAFM). He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Business
Administration from Helwan University, Cairo. He is currently enrolled for a
M.Sc. degree from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime
Transportation.

Radin Shams El-Din


Mr. Shams Eddin is the ATFG's chief technical analyst. Prior joining ATFG Mr.
Shams Eddin worked as a senior technical analyst and GDR trader at
Commercial International Brokerage Company (CIBC). Prior joining CIBC Mr.
Shams Eddin worked as a senior customer service representative at the
Commercial International Bank (CIB). He holds a Bachelor degree in economics
from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University. He is also
a certified financial technician (CFTe) from the International Federation of
Technical Analysts.

ATFG’s board is composed of a professional management team from KSA and
Egypt with an extensive background in finance, emerging markets, asset
management and private equity. Moreover, the board consists of members that
have legal and shari’a experience

Board Members Bios:

Hassan Salem Al-Amari

Mr. Al-Amari is the Chairman of ATFG. He holds a B.A. from the


University of Exberdeg, UK, 1979 and is currently AT Financial,
Jeddah's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), in addition to membership in
the management of more than 20 investment companies. He has served
as regional director of the Saudi Investment Bank before joining Dallah
Al Baraka group in 1993 .He received training courses in leadership
skills, risks of financing and planning programs, decision-making and
portfolio management, funds, strategic planning and leadership at
critical times and in the implementation of management deals and
commercial transactions in accordance with Islamic Shari’a.

Kaled Abu Heif

Mr. Khaled Abu Heif is the CEO of Al-Tawfik Financial. Prior to that
Mr. Abu-Heif served as the Commercial International Brokerage
Company Managing Director since March 2005. He co-founded CIBC
and has played an important role in the growth of the brokerage
business, helping maintain its leadership in the local market and
managing the placement of IPO transactions concluded by investment
banking. Since the inception of CIBC, Mr. Abu-Heif worked as its
general manager during which time he established the company's front
desk and divided it into five different desks each specializing in serving a
different cliental segment. He efficiently managed the sales team in an
integrated manner. Mr. Abu-Heif strives to develop and maintain good
working relationships with the firm's clients, leading the CIBC team to
providing first class investment advice and expanding their client base
through sales and marketing activities throughout the region. He has
also led the company to be ranked number 1 in the Egyptian capital
market in terms of market turnover and revenues providing the clients
with diversified investments product–mix. He continues to contribute
proactively and significantly in shaping the brokerage industry in Egypt.
He is also an active member of the Egyptian Capital Market Association
(ECMA), Primary Dealers Association and the Arab Stock Markets
Union. Mr. Abu-Heif has successfully completed Wharton Business
School's "Corporate Governance" Program. He also holds a BA in
Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University.

Khalid Abul Ela

Mr. Abul-Ela is the managing director of AT Asset Management. Prior to


joining ATFG he served as general manager and board member of Delta
Rasmala (ABN-Amro Egypt), and as Investment Sector head of the Misr
International Bank. Mr. Abul-Ela obtained his Bachelor of Commerce
degree from Ain-Shams University in Cairo.

Ashraf Ghamrawy

Mr. Ghamrawy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain-Shams


University, 1977. He is currently the CEO and Managing Director of the
Egyptian-Saudi Finance Bank, in addition to membership of the boards
of companies. He received numerous training courses in Egypt and
abroad in the field of banking.

Omar Hamed Harazy

Mr. Harazy holds a Business Administration bachelor degree from the


University of King Abdul-Aziz, Jeddah (1982) and is currently Deputy
Chief Executive Officer at AT. Financial, Jeddah, in addition to
membership of the boards of many of the departments operating in the
area of investment. He received numerous training courses in business
administration and investment management at the Riyadh Bank Trade
Finance Center.

Ahmed Deif

Mr. Deif holds a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of


Glaxo, U.S.A. He is currently the AT. Lease General Manager. He
received many specialized courses in the field of investment finance while
working in the banking sector at Citibank.

Khaled Fathi

Mr. Fathi holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Cairo University, 1991.


He is currently the AT Financial Holding Company Egypt general
manager. He received numerous training courses in accounting during
his previous job as a financial manager at CIBC.

Ghassan Saqallah

Mr. Saqallah holds a Master of Business Administration degree from


Starsford University, UK and is currently Deputy President of the
general administration of product development at AT Financial,
Jeddah. He received many specialized courses in the areas of treasury
management, risk management, Islamic banking, investment analysis
and the assessment of a member of the Assembly of Arab Monetary
Experts. He was also chosen as chief professional dealer in the field of
the treasury during his work at that Bank of Riyadh.

Dr. Rokaya Riyad Ismail

Dr. Ismail holds a PhD in international commercial arbitration, public


law. She is currently legal sector chief at the Egyptian-Saudi Finance
Bank since the beginning of 2008. Dr. Ismail received specialized training
courses in legal affairs, administration at the Center for European MCE,
Brussles and many courses in provisions and rules of administration at
the Center for GBS, UK while working as CIB, Egypt director of legal
affairs.

Shaikh Khaled El-Guindi

Shaikh El-Guindi is the Shari’a consultant of ATFG. He holds a B.A.


from the faculty of Theology, Al-Azhar University, Cairo. Shaikh El-
Guindi is one of Al-Azhar University Scholars. He is currenntly a
member of the Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, and a member
founder of Islamic Phone Company “El-Hatef El-Islami”. Shaikh El-
Guindi contributed in many international conferences. He is
contributing in weekly/daily TV programs and has plenty of articles in
many newspapers and periodicals.
