Introduction
• Al-Tawfeek Financial Group (ATFG) is a Cairo-based Holding Company
founded in July 2008 as a financial services firm in accordance with Law
95 of 1992.
• ATFG is 64.9% owned by Al-Tawfeek Financial Group KSA, member of
DALAH El-BARAKA Group, 25.1% owned by UK-based Jiffex Group
Ltd., and 10% owned by the Egyptian Saudi Financial Bank.
• ATFG offers brokerage services through its arm AT Brokerage Company.
• ATFG offers wealth management services to institutions, ultra high-net-
worth individuals, and families from the Middle East through its affiliate
AT Asset Management.
• Through a strategic alliance with KSA-based asset management firm
Dalah, ATFG’s Investment Committee is comprised of a team of
professionals from the KSA and the Middle East with an extensive
background in finance, emerging markets, asset management and private
equity.
• ATFG’s investment professionals have established careers advising
wealthy families, trusts and foundations, as well as managing public
mutual funds and private alternative investments

• Securities Brokerage
AT Financial brokerage offers brokerage services to retail, high net
worth and institutional clients both locally and abroad. Also, provides
single point of access to regional stock markets through their accounts.
Services include brokerage transactions on the Egyptian exchanges
(EGX), a fully fledged global depository receipts (GDR) desk, as well as
margin and same day trading.
In less than three month since the fully acquisition, the company rank
jumped 18 places in the market in term of daily trading turnover.

The AT Financial Research division offers its clients sophisticated, in-depth
analysis of the Egyptian market, asset classes and companies in order to
provide them with the best tools possible to invest and successfully do
business in the region. Our research team is divided into the two areas of
fundamental and technical analysis. They offer focused research supported
by a team of strategists whose analysis helps define the scope of our
interpretations and recommendations.
Management
Hussein Azmy
Mr. Azmy is the Research Director of ATFG. He has 12 experience in the local
capital market. Prior to joining ATFG, he headed the Research Department at
Pioneer Holding Company.. Prior to that he was Vice President of the Research
Department at AK Asset Management and a member of the Investment
Committee. Mr. Azmy also served as advisor to the Holding Company for
Biological Products and Vaccines (VACSERA). He is a Certified Private Equity
Specialist (CPES) from the American Academy of Financial Management
(AAFM). He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Business
Administration from Helwan University, Cairo. He is currently enrolled for a
M.Sc. degree from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime
Transportation.

Kaled Abu Heif
Mr. Khaled Abu Heif is the CEO of Al-Tawfik Financial. Prior to that
Mr. Abu-Heif served as the Commercial International Brokerage
Company Managing Director since March 2005. He co-founded CIBC
and has played an important role in the growth of the brokerage
business, helping maintain its leadership in the local market and
managing the placement of IPO transactions concluded by investment
banking. Since the inception of CIBC, Mr. Abu-Heif worked as its
general manager during which time he established the company's front
desk and divided it into five different desks each specializing in serving a
different cliental segment. He efficiently managed the sales team in an
integrated manner. Mr. Abu-Heif strives to develop and maintain good
working relationships with the firm's clients, leading the CIBC team to
providing first class investment advice and expanding their client base
through sales and marketing activities throughout the region. He has
also led the company to be ranked number 1 in the Egyptian capital
market in terms of market turnover and revenues providing the clients
with diversified investments product–mix. He continues to contribute
proactively and significantly in shaping the brokerage industry in Egypt.
He is also an active member of the Egyptian Capital Market Association
(ECMA), Primary Dealers Association and the Arab Stock Markets
Union. Mr. Abu-Heif has successfully completed Wharton Business
School's "Corporate Governance" Program. He also holds a BA in
Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University.
