1. Turmeric is the best home medicine for improving skin complextion.

You can apply turmeric with water or unboiled milk (for dry skin) or curd (for oily skin). Please, note that if you have sinusitis then do not use curd. 2. Mix glycerine with honey and apply gently on the face, pat it dry then wash it. 3. Mix badam oil with honey, apply on the face for an hour. Then wash with warm water. 4. Mix turmeric, gram-flour, mustard oil and fresh cream. Apply on the face, pat it dry and then wash with warm water. 5. Apply tomato juice on the face for ten minutes and then wash with normal water. Do this daily. 6. Mix few strands of saffron (note, it is expensive) with fresh cream and honey. Soak it for 7 to 8 hours and then apply this on the face, pat it dry and wash with water. You have not mentioned if your skin is a sensitive skin, but in any case, always try any new thing on your hand elbows or legs and see you are comfortable. The above are some of many available remedies and are related to external treatment. Following are for internal: 1. Take plenty of water. Water purifies the system and makes skin glow. 2. Take carrot juice daily (better have it without sugar) and if you do not like without sugar, eat raw carrots. 3. Eat watermelon and fresh fruits.

1. Apply a paste of gram flour (besan), milk and lime juice on face and neck for 15 - 20 minutes and wash with water. You complexion should improve. Repeat every 15 days. 2. Hello friend;as other friends said,be positive and dont care about others comments. You can try the following: Mix cinnamon powder and honey in equal parts and apply on your face,before the bath,and wash it after 10 minutes.Cinnamon is said to work very well with honey.I have tries this mehod and keeps you bright and glowing. Soaps and face wash made of Papaya are good for the skin.You can try papaya contained soaps.Ask in herbal shops.

it is ages old remedy for fair complexion.try this.u will feel urself within a week.mix gram flour with

curd and a little lemon juice.use the mixture as cleanser once a day regularly.you can rub it over entire body it work wonders.use cold water to wash.use light moisturiser after washing your face.avoid sun.make sure your bowels r clean.stay calm.pranayaam in the morning for 15 minutes brings glow on face.
