with Heery we were able to reduce the GMP nunaber However we still exceeded the

established GMP of 2790000000

Therefore R W Allen has developed the attached list of

scope clarification savings and value engineering ongoing items in an effort to achieve the

desired GMP

R W Allen LLC will execute the GMP contract in the amount of 2790000000

based on the

project cost reconciliation and the acceptance of the attached value engineering items which

required to achieve the desired GMP
