Knowledge is the most powerful weapon in this world. Knowledge can be attained only by learning, practicing and enriched by executing it. Theni Kammavar Sangam college of Technology provides technical knowledge which is most expected by the student community. The college emblem is a true representation of what is being given to them. The gears symbolizes the duration which the students undergo in shaping their future and also represent acquiring skills at different phases of learning at different angles of speed. The computer is a symbol of fast growing technologies that are always based on the emerging technologies without which todays world cannot function. The radar represents the symbol of ever developing and the latest inventions and innovations in space communication. The transmission power lines indicate the extent to which the students transmit their knowledge. The expectancy of the student s to acquire knowledge is fulfilled at Theni Kammavar Sangam college of Technology. They are assured of practical knowledge and by executing them they become very powerful in their career and achieve their life time goals. The technology given to the students escalates them to a level of world class competition. The ever glowing lamp symbolizes prosperity, growth, achievement and content in students life. Theni Kammavar Sangam college of Technology leads the rural area students by removing the darkness in their life by sheer dedication in imparting knowledge in engineering.

Brief Introduction about the Institution


Theni Kammavar Sangam was established by the service minded philanthropists with the aim of providing good value based education to the poor and rural area students. With the aim of developing rural area into technology forefront, the trust started Theni Kammavar Sangam College of Technology (TKSCT) in 2007.
This institution started with four branches with strength of 240 students has now blossomed into quite a large institution with 5 programmes at UG level and 2 programmes at the PG level, with a total strength of 1500 students approximately.

The college is built in a sprawling campus of 18 acres with a built up area of over 2,00,000 Sq. ft and situated in between the hills which provide the campus a tranquil and pleasant atmosphere for the pursuit of technical education.

GENERAL ADVICE TO STUDENTS The students should aim for academic excellence and bring laurels to the institution. The college expects decent behavior from every student. The students should be in proper dress code (uniform, shoes and ID card). Students should attend classes, functions and other activities in time. Usage of cell phones within the college premises is strictly prohibited. Ragging is strictly prohibited inside the college campus. The student should not roam unnecessarily in the college premises and canteen during working hours. Active participation in the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities is expected. Develop communication and soft skill. Score high marks and avoid arrears. Develop team spirit. Complete involvement is your key for success.
