AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, INES A. NIALA of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 3121- C Molave St., Manuguit, Tondo, Manila, and after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:
1. That to secure payment of the loan obligation obtained

by ESPERANZA M. MONTALBAN, widow, and a resident of 156 Mithi Street, Sampaloc, Kaloocan City, we executed a Real Estate Mortgage with Right of Possession on a parcel of land, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 250810, containing an area of Thirty Square Meters (30), more or less on May 15, 2008; Pesos ( Php.260,000.00), which such amount is clearly indicated on the Real Estate Mortgage; notarial books of Notary Public under Document No. 373, Page No.70, Book No.6, Series of 2008;

interests to secure performance of the principal obligation and in view of the Real Estate Mortgage validly executed by the registered owner, I am now requesting the Honorable Registry of Deeds for the City of Manila to annotate Adverse of Claim over a parcel of land covered by the Transfer Certificate of Title abovedescribed; foregoing facts and for all legal intents and purposes.
