FAWA Guam 2012 Convention Opening Ceremony Country Representation Form

Dear FAWA Club President: In preparation for our 2012, FAWA Convention, Opening Ceremony, we would like to request your cooperation by coordinating with the FAWA clubs within your country to provide the name and contact information of the individual who will be representing your country in the Parade of Flags. We will have local Girl Scouts to carry the flags and the country representative will accompany them while appropriate music is played. We request one of your representatives to bring a standard 3 x 6 flag, representing your country. Please provide the name and contact information of the person who will be bringing this important item. We plan to have an Opening Ceremony rehearsal on Thursday, October 25, 2012, from 3PM 5PM, which your country representative should plan to attend.
