The district comprises several unexplored and mineralized veins, principal structures are Mina Grande Vein (2 Km by 2 m width) and El Pinal Vein (1.7 Km length by 1.5 m width), also, the district shows other 27 unexplored mineralized structures, such as: Alisos Vein System, Plomosa Body, Haciendita Vein System and Helipuerto Vein System. In 1985 an exploration program of the Mexican Geological Service indicated resources by 611,581 tons at 0.79 g/t Au; 333 g/t Ag; 3.63% Pb and 7.28 % Zn in Mina Grande Vein and deepest holes were only 150 m below surface. An estimated potential of entire district offers an opportunity for Silver Lead Zinc deposit over 4.0 million of tons. The project is located at 110 Km north of Culiacn, Sin. The estimated travel time is 1.5 hr, including 25 Km of land road. The mineralization is related to Low Sulphidation Epithermal System, with vertical zoning of silver lead minerals. This project is located at western trend of Silver and Gold Mexican Belt. Surutato Mine District is in the same trend of San Jose de Gracia Project (The Goldgroup), El Gallo (U.S. Gold) and Tayoltita Mine (Primero Minerals Wheaton Rivers). The mine concessions are available and controlled by owners who are looking well-financed junior explorations companies interested in explore the area and med-term operation (See detailed

LA AMISTAD DISTRICT
(At date, 1 companies is showing interest at property acquisition) Located at south of Chihuahua state
The mining property is located at the northwestern part of the Mexican silver trend at the south part of the state of Chihuahua, Mexico, 25 Km southeast from Parral mining. Apart from the wellknown old productive districts like Parral-Santa Barbara-San Francisco del Oro, main highlight is the LEVONs Cordero Project around 20 Km NE from Parral district, where several Ag-Au-Pb-Zn mineralized diatremes have been found. In the project geology indicates a target of skarn type with upper shear zones hosted by the siltstones/sandstones from Parral Formation and an excellent deep target of skarn inside limestones with mineralization of Au-Ag-Zn-Pb-Cu. Three mining claims and 1000 hectares cover main altered/mineralized zone. Infrastructure is good main highway is located at 20 Km, an excellent dirt road access the property. Rocks cropping out at the La Amistad are made of sandstones-siltstones, regional NW folds which were intruded by diorite/felsic intrusives. La Amistad cropps out at the axis and centre of a regional overthrusted anticline. A small outcrop of a felsic intrusive seems to be related to mineralization in the area. Several years ago a major company made geology, soil geochem, trenches sampling rock defined an interesting anomalous Au-Ag-Zn-Pb target, later on another junior company made 6 RVC-Core holes in a small part of the potential target. Highlights yielded results of rock sampling along trenches and RVC drilling as follows:
Trench 23 15 14 7 10 Meters 52 18 16 28 14 Au g/t 0.801 1.023 1.251 0.716 1.314 Ag g/t 11 126 22 13 27 Observations Oxidized sands and silts
These results represent only a small portion of the altered/mineralized area, so an excellent potential is open in all directions. The property to date is available to a possible option for exploring the area.
SANTA FE PROJECT
Located in southwest of Chihuahua state and northeast of Sinaloa state Located immediately at south of El Sauzal Mine (Goldcorp), Lluvia de Oro (Lake Shore) and in the same trends of Santo Thomas (Grupo Mxico), Bahuerachi (Jinchuan Group), Bolvar (Dia Bras), the project have potential for multimillion ounces project, the Santa Fe Mines Project offers a great opportunity of world-class discovery, Mulatos or El Sauzal style, owners staked 90,000 has controlling several old mine districts. Located at 250 Km from Los Mochis, Sinaloa and 350 from Chihuahua, Chih, the estimated travel time are 4 hrs and 10 hrs respectively. Mexican government is building several bridges and new highway to this zone. The 100, 000 has project contains several historic mine districts and mineralized zones, such as, Morelos, Rio Batopilas, Choix, El Sauzal, El Orito, La Barranca, Santa Gertrudis it hosted several high grade small mines and mineralized geological anomalies related to possible high tonnage open pitable targets. This project controls successful mineralization trends discovered in last years, mineralization targets includes High sulphidation gold targets, Low sulphidation gold targets, High grade silverBarita targets, Au-Cu-Mo Porphyry / Cu Skarn targets. The mine concessions are available and controlled by owners who are looking junior explorations companies interested in explore the area. (See detailed information attached at independent

CUCURPE PROJECT
Located at Northeast of Sonora state Located at 252 Km N of Hermosillo, Sonora, closes to USA border. The project is emplaced between Altar Gold Trend and Gold and Silver Mexican Belt. With averages grades ranging from 0.5 to 2.0 g/t Au the project have a potential of 500, 000 Au oz for medium heap leaching - open pitable operation, like to nearest Navidad Shelly Mine (Western Mining) and Santa Gertrudis Project (nimas Resources). The project is able to expand for precious metal prospection and offer more exploration opportunities. The mineralization is confined to E-W structure, where silicified limestone and siltstone are part of shear zone. Surface sampling in several outcrops suggest the existence of some large ore bodies such as breccias shear zones, vein/stockwork and veins. Cucurpe projects belong to hydrothermal mineralization hosted along dilatational shear structures. The mine concessions are available and controlled by owners who are looking junior explorations companies interested in explore the virgin area.

BALLEZA DISTRICT
Located in south of Chihuahua State Located at 150 km with 30 Km of land road of one of the world-class historical mine districts Parral, Chihuahua. The project is related to Precious Metal Trend of Parral, Santa Barbara and San Francisco del Oro. With averages grades of 200 g/t Ag and 3% Pb and a potential over 10 million Ag oz, The Balleza district is able to offer successful exploration opportunities. Several mineralized structures, the principal with a length of 1 Km and 1 m width is related to a regional veining system, possibly parallel to Parral Santa Barbara argentiferous trend. Balleza Districts belongs to a Low Sulphidation Au-Ag system in upper Barite Silver zone. This project is in the same trend of the Santa Barbara Polymetallic Mine (Southern Copper), San Francisco del Oro Mine (Grupo Frisco) and Parral historical mine district that produced over 300 million Ag oz. The mine concessions are available and controlled by owners who are looking junior explorations companies interested in explore the area.

CASCURRICHI PROJECT
Located in southwest of Chihuahua State Located at 35 Km NE of land road from Choix, Sinaloa and 25 Km SW of El Sauzal Mine, Chihuahua. The project is related to Gold and Silver Mexican Belt, along Santo Tomas Sauzal Batopilas Trend. With averages grades of 2.5 g/t Au the project have a potential for small medium operation with heap leaching - open pitable project. The Cascurrichi project is able to expand for precious metal prospection and offer successful exploration opportunities. Principal structure is a mineralized brecciated fault along 4 Km length and 4.5 m width, old workings are drifted 40 m along mineralized zone. Cascurrichi belongs to a Low Sulphidation Au system with anomalous Cu. This project is in the same trends/zones of El Sauzal Mine (Goldcorp), Lluvia de Oro Project (Lake Shore), La Cascada Reyna de Oro (Dia Bras). The mine concessions are available and controlled by owners who are looking junior explorations companies interested in explore the virgin area.
