There are many ways to produce our class to become attractive and conducive. Classroom management is important to make sure our class activities flow smoothly and follow what administrations of the school and what the pupils wants. As a manager in the class, we must consider what the attractive thing is making class become conducive. Teacher must create one environment in the class to attract pupils likes your subject. For the example, in the class we can make a board for our subject to display information, student work and poster. We can also decorate it to become nice with colourful colour and picture. Making a few rule in the class to control student behaviour. The rule must be simple, clear and easy to understand. The objective of is not to punish the pupils but try to construct the good habit and give the moral value for pupils. For the example of the rule is, do not eat in the class. The class also have organisation and schedule like duty roster, to make sure the class always clean, comfortable and in safe condition.

Teacher suggest a range of different modes of learning. Give student to use school facilities equipments and materials likes internets, library and other in maximum level. Give priority and reward to the pupils had doing their self-learning well.
