Research Methodology
Research is a systematic method of finding a solution to the problems that is research refers to search for knowledge. Research methodology denotes systematic and in depth research on particular topic, subject or area of investigation based on collection, presentation and interpretation of relevant data.

Research design
A research design is the arrangement of conditions for collection and analysis of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with economy in procedure. The research design adopted for the study is descriptive in nature, which describes the characteristics of a particular study.

Research Approach
The research questions posed above express a need for learning more about the dominant concepts of enterprise modeling as a research domain. Hence, a qualitative research approach based on observations, document studies and interviews taken from real world modeling projects is argued for in order to meet the research objectives

Sources of data
Both the primary and secondary data were used for data collection
Primary Data Collection

The primary data are those data which are collected afresh and for the first time and have original in character. In this study the method used for collection of primary data is questionnaire survey method. Questionnaire survey means planned efforts to collect the desired information from a representative sample of the relevant population. A questionnaire provides a concrete basis for negative as well as positive evaluation of respondent. So a questionnaire was prepared for the conducting the survey.
Secondary Data Collection

The secondary data are those which have already been collected by someone else and which have already been passed through statistical process. The secondary data was gathered through sources like organization reports, journals etc.

Research Instruments
Survey method has been used to collect information for the study. It is the most commonly used method of primary data collection, and survey technique is a systematic gathering of data from respondent through questionnaires have been used for collecting primary data through survey method.

Population of the Study


Sample size refers to the respondents to be selected from the total population, to collect information. The sample size of this study is 50 employees of MIDAS.

Unit of the Study


Population

Population is a set of finite or infinite collections of individuals. Population of this study is the employees of MIDAS, KOTTAYAM
Sample Elements

Sample elements of this study are employees of MIDAS.


Sample Method

Sampling is generally the process of selecting the respondents from the desired population. In this study the sample method used is the convenient sampling. It is done as per the convenient of the researcher.
