All participants must sign two "Assumption of Risks, Release & Guarantee" documents included in the Registration Procedure: one for Drukpa Publications Pvt. Ltd. and the other for the logistic organizer,tobeannouncedatalaterdate. First, fax or email a signed copy to Drukpa Publications Pvt. Ltd. (fax: 91 124 4112535 email: info@drukpa.com). Next, bring two of the signed originals with you to be submitted to the registrationpersonnelinDarjeeling,India.
InconsiderationforthelogisticorganizerallowingmyparticipationintheeventforwhichIamregistering,I freelyagreetoandmakethefollowingcontractualstatementsandagreements:

RisksofTrekking
IunderstandthatparticipatinginthetrekkingtourofferedbylogisticorganizerforwhichIamregisteringisa potentially hazardous activity. I fully realize and appreciate the dangers of trekking and rafting (if circumstancesarise)andfullyassumetherisksassociatedwiththisactivity.Iunderstandthattrekkinginless developed and remote areas of Sri Lanka, significantly increases the danger of trekking. I fully accept and assumeallrisksincluding,bywayofexamplebutwithoutlimitation,physicalinjury,mentalinjury,thedangers arisingfrompotentialanimalattackssuchasdogbites,surfacehazards,equipmentfailure,inadequatesafety equipment,theeffectofweather,includingextremetemperatureorconditions,traffic,theconditionofthe road, lack of adequate traffic laws, and participating in event along the route. I understand that potentially dangeroussituationswhicharebeyondthecontroloflogisticorganizermayariseduringthetour.Iassumethe risksofalldangerousconditionsduringthelogisticorganizereventandwaiveanyandallspecificnoticeofthe existenceofsuchconditions. Knowingtherisksinvolved,Iagreetoassumethoserisks,andtoreleaselogisticorganizeranditsemployees, agents, affiliates and officers, including but not limited to Drukpa Publications Pvt. Ltd. and Drukpa Publications Pvt. Ltd.s affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, volunteers, agents, officers, directors or students (the Parties) for any and all damages, including but not limited property damages, illness, injury or death thatmayoccurintraveltoandfromthesetours,evenifsuchdamagesarisesoutoftheintentionalact(s)or recklessnegligenceoftheParties.Iagreetohaveadequatemedicalinsuranceincludingevacuationinsurance coverage for the duration of logistic organizer event. If I am incapacitated, I give my consent to allow emergency medical treatment for my injuries and/or medical evacuation if necessary. I acknowledge that logisticorganizerdoesnotguaranteethereliabilityorsafetyofsuppliersofservicestotours.Ialsounderstand thatlogisticorganizermakesnoexplicitguaranteeformysafetyorprotectionwhileontour.Iwillassumeand payallmedicalandemergencyexpensesincurredbymeintheeventofillness,accident,orotherincapacity regardlessofwhetherIhaveauthorizedsuchexpenses.

ParticipantsResponsibility

IunderstandthatIwillbetrekkingatmyownriskandIwillnotparticipateunlessIhavebeenproperlytrained, physicallyandmentallyabletodoso.Iacknowledge,representandwarrantthatIhavenophysicalormedical condition which to my knowledge would endanger myself or others if I participate in this tour which may include vigorous physical activity. I assume responsibility for the adequacy, safety and condition of any

equipmentIchoosetobring.IaffirmthatIwillbetrekkingatmyownriskandreleaselogisticorganizerandall its employees, agents, affiliates and officers, including but not limited to Drukpa Publications Pvt. Ltd. and Drukpa Publications Pvt. Ltd.s affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, volunteers, agents, officers, directors or students (the Parties) from liabilities for any and all damages including but not limited, injury, or death, whichmayoccurtomeoranyoneelse,evenifsuchdamagesarisesoutoftheintentionalact(s)orreckless negligenceoftheParties. Iagreetoabidebyallrulesestablishedbylogisticorganizer,toconductmyselfinasafeandrespectfulmanner atalltimesandrespecttherightsandprivacyofothertripmembers.IunderstandthatifIleavepriortothe dailystartingtimeorwalkonadifferentroutethandescribed,thatIwillnotbeabletoreceivealltheservices describedinadvertisementsorotherliterature.IfurtheragreetoobeythelawsandcustomsofIndia.logistic organizer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time prior to or during the trip, if in logistic organizerssoleopinion,anindividualsphysicalconditionorbehaviorisincompatiblewiththeenjoymentof thegroupasawhole.IalsoacknowledgethatlogisticorganizerandthePartieswillnotberesponsibleforany lostorstolenequipment,luggage,moneyorpersonalitemsatanytimeduringthetour. IacknowledgethatsinceIhavefreelychosentoparticipateinatrekkingtourinIndia,thatImaynotreceive thesamelevelofgovernmentservicesorprotectioninIndiaasIwouldinmyhomecountryandthattravelin lessdevelopedregionsinIndiamayentailrisksgreaterthanthoseinmyhomecountry. ThelogisticorganizerandthePartiesarenotresponsibleforrefundingairlinefeesduetochangeinitineraryor tour cancellation or theft of any personal gear. I also give my permission for use of my name, photograph, motion picture, recordings and evaluations by Drukpa Publications Pvt. Ltd. and logistic organizer for promotionalmaterials.Allinformationprovidedbylogisticorganizerincludingbutnotlimitedtoroutemaps, instructions, directions is privileged information and all contents are copyrighted. Reproduction is by permissiononly. I agree that if any part of this logistic organizer Liability Release, Assumption of Risks, and Responsibilities Agreementisfoundtobevoidorunenforceable,thenonlythatsectionwillbestrickenbuttherestwillremain ineffect.IagreethatifIormysuccessorssueorassertanyclaimagainstthisagreement,Iormysuccessors shallbeliablefortheexpenses,includinglegalfeesincurredbytheotherpartyorpartiesindefending,unless theotherpartyorpartiesarefinallyadjudgedliableorsuchclaimforwillfulandwantonnegligence.

Release

IhavereadandacceptedthetermscontainedinthisdocumententitledFinePrint.Iherebywaive,release anddischarge,formyself,myheirs,myexecutor,successors,assigns,andadministratorsanyrightsorclaims whichIhaveormayhereafteraccruetomeagainsttheofficers,employees,owners,volunteersandstaffof logisticorganizer.
