2.3 Criteria for Evaluation of Internal Supervisor Criteria Weightage (%) Regular reporting 10

1) Report Submission The student must bring two copies of his/her final report in spiral bound form at the time of evaluation. One copy shall be submitted to panel members at the time of ETE evaluation. Other copy shall be retained by the student. Panel members must sign the final report along with date and UID. 2) Recommendations by the panel During ETE evaluation, all students must be handed over a copy of recommendations for their training work. Even if no improvement is required, positive remarks must be given in the recommendation form. The evaluation panels shall hand over the recommendation form to the student (s) and retain a copy which is to be deposited with the training co-ordinator. If a student obtains E grade, then he/she must bring the copy of recommendation form in the next evaluation. 3) Passing Criteria: A student is required to obtain a minimum of 35% aggregate marks out of 100 in CA. 4) Award of E grade A student will obtain E grade in the following cases: i) In case the student fails to submit the final report at the time of evaluation. ii) In case a student is unable to secure enough marks to meet the passing condition. iii) In case a student is absent in ETE. 5) Award of F grade A student will obtain F grade in the following cases:

i) If a student did not complete the training ii) If a student is unable to produce the completion certificate of training at the time of ETE evaluation
