Australian Qualification Framework The AQF is the policy platform that identifies all certifications that are identified

across the country, both in post-compulsory education and education throughout Australia. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment participants may also discover that the AQF consists of rules that define each certifications and Statement of Attainment. The AQF comprises of the following titles: Doctoral Degree Masters Degree Graduate Diploma Graduate Certificate Bachelor Degree Advanced Diploma Diploma Certificate IV Qualification Certificate III Qualification Certificate II Qualification Certificate I Qualification Senior Secondary Certificate of Education

Language, Literacy & Numeracy Issues Certificate IV in Training and Assessment accredited trainers have to be aware that all students can have different language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) specifications. When delivering or setting up a training course, the factors needed for LLN problems and the level of skills the students will need to be able to successfully complete the training course won't be identified. For example, the LLN requirements of a Certificate II level program will vary greatly from those required for an Advanced Diploma level course.

Motivate them to get involved and ask questions

For Certificate IV in Training and Assessment learners with writing problems:

If neccessary, allow verbal tests to individuals who aren't able to articulate Provide them only the necessary writing things Highlight essential terms Highlight keywords Explain specific terminology they aren't knowledgeable about

For learners with numeracy problems:

Give accurate step by step directions on doing computations Let them use calculators
