Designing of lift system for proposed high rise building

Lift system for office floors

Lift system for office floors will serve only peoples that use offices for there works and also each and every floor up to first office floor. Therefore people that in basements, ground floors and shopping complex can access to the lift system. Usable floor area of office floor 1500 . There are six office floors, three basements, ground floor and two shopping complex floors. Floor to floor height of the office floors is 3.8m, for basements it is 3.6m and for ground floor and shopping complex floors it is 4m. Zoning is not needed for this situation.

Lift system for apartments We use twine lift system for zone 1 and zone 2 we can achieve lots of benefits by using this method Through the omission of elevator shaft we can save construction volume save rentable floor area. More handling capacity with same number of elevator shafts or with same handling capacity with few elevator shafts.

Zone 1 Zone 1 is serving people that in basements, ground floor and shopping complex to arrive apartments.

Express lift Express lift serves peoples in three basements and ground floor to reach podium level and top apartment floor. It minimizes the delay when using local lifts. We use a smaller size lift as express lift In our case we use car size 12 as express lift

Sustainable design for the elevator Sustainable design of the elevator systems is influenced by the sophistication of the elevator control and the quality of the power conversion unit selected. Sophisticated destination control selection systems provide further optimization by providing the ability for a person to register the destination floor from a terminal in the elevator lobby prior to boarding the elevator. This information is then communicated to the elevator control system, which instantly assigns each persons destination to a particular elevator car. Persons arriving in the lobby are grouped together to minimize the number of stops that each elevator must make during any given trip. The result is that more people can be handled with fewer stops during the morning up-peak traffic condition during any given time period. In addition, special control features that allow elevators to operate at higher speeds during off-peak traffic periods are becoming available. This utilizes fewer elevators. Controls are also available that allow regenerative power to be temporarily stored and transferred to other elevators in the group during emergency standby power conditions, thereby providing additional elevator capacity for use by firefighters or building evacuation.
