She left her small retail business to her son-in-law since this has cause her to be tired and exhausted that gives rise to chest pain. Nutrition and Metabolism According to her, she feels like she is losing her weight since she was stouter than she is now. She stated that she doesnt have any problem with her appetite. She is fond of eating fish and vegetables. She also limits herself from eating fatty foods. She also quit from drinking coffee and tea because this beverage cause her to have difficulty in sleeping, so instead, she drinks Anlene or Ensure every morning. All her molars have already fall out but she does not consider wearing dentures. Elimination Client said that she doesnt have difficulties with voiding and defecating. She defecates and voids everyday. She said that her stool is normal soft, brown and not soggy. She voids in an estimate of 5-6 times daily. Activity and Exercise She wakes up early in the morning to prepare food for her granddaughter before she goes to school. Then she carries on doing her daily activities like sweeping the floor, watering her flowers, and feeding swine. Client uses eye glasses because her vision is already blurred. She has no difficulty in hearing and is able answer questions appropriately. Sleep and Rest She stated that she doesnt experience disturbances in her sleeping. Her usual time for sleeping is 11 in the evening and she wakes up 4 in the morning to cook the breakfast for her granddaughter. Self-Perception and Self-Concept My client is sociable and welcoming towards other people. Client has not expressed anything that indicates hatred with self and others. Roles and Relationships She lives with the family of her daughter and son-in-law. She stated that she has a good relationship with her family, and they rarely experience conflicts inside the household. They resolve problems together and settle with what they all agree.
