There are two manifolds in machine. One fixed and other adjustable. Firstly part is placed at fixed manifold and then second manifold is adjusted according to length of part. Then tighten pipe on other end. After tightening the pipe, door is closed. Then cycle is started First of all Flushing is being carried out, in this process water is released from one side at large pressure that cleans the part for partial particles.

After Flushing, Leakage testing is initiated In this Process inlet is only open and outlet is being closed Desired pressure is filled in part and tested for a time (adjustable) If part passes leakage test it initiate O.K. indicator and O.K. parts counting is increased. If part fails leakage test then red indicator with buzzer will glow and NG parts counting is increased.
