Job Description

Responsible for developing InExpress Vietnam Franchise Model: Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets to develop the Vietnam market. Planning and driving franchise marketing activities and events Building database and network of franchisors and franchisees Identifying leads and potential investors for InExpress franchise Delivering sales by maximizing new franchise business development opportunities Taking responsibility for profit and loss of the franchise network Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth Building his own team and providing direction to the company and franchisees
Job Requirement

Understanding and a strong believer of Franchise Business Model A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general management positions International exposure or overseas experience Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a strong personal and professional network The ability to inspire, motivate teams and our logistic partner Willingness to travel A driven and self-motivated individual who does not fear a challenge and is confident working independently Competitive pay: $2,000-$3,000 (depending on management experience) Direct training and support from DHL, GMS & InExpress Global Frequent travelling opportunities to InExpress offices in Spain, Morocco, India, and Singapore Fast-track career with opportunities to build and manage his / her own team in Vietnam and take more senior positions in GMS Global
