Markets have strengthened dramatically as volumes from Mexico and Peru cannot meet demand. Supplies are tight with jumbo sizes being especially hard to find. Broccoli markets are steady as demand has settled. Eastern growing regions have started. Quality is good. Supplies have been consistent with good quality arriving from Canada and the northeast. Market conditions are stable. Cauliflower supplies are steady. Quality is excellent. Markets are strong as California produces lighter supplies. Michigan is stronger. Quality is good. Corn supply is easing with supplies from New Jersey and New York. Quality is good. Cucumber quality has been affected by heat in growing areas. Eggplant markets are steady with fair to good quality. Supplies and quality have improved. Markets have stabilized. Markets are steady. Good supplies. Lettuce markets have stabilized with limited instances of mold and tip burn. Quality and weights have been average. All lettuces are showing fair quality with ample supplies. Leaf markets are relaxed as the demand decreases. East Coast Squash quality has been affected by heat. West Coast supplies are good. Markets have eased slightly. On the East Coast, product is coming primarily out of Tennessee, Virginia and Michigan. West Coast markets have come off.

The market is strong. California markets are strong as Mexico finishes up and the new crop begins with fair quality. The supply has stabilized in the various growing regions. Improved supplies from Costa Rica. Brix has been averaging 12 with good internal gold color. The market is strengthening as supplies tighten due to seasonality. Plenty of stone fruit arriving from California. Washington cherries are plentiful with good quality. Quality has been good across all selections of stone fruit. Eastern peaches are available from New Jersey.
