Our Mission Statement St. Dennis is a welcoming, Spirit-led, Catholic Community called to be disciples of Christ, servants of those in need and celebrators of Gods love. Dear Family, I would like to give you a preview of our new G.I.F.T. program, which means Growing In Faith Together. I will be speaking at all the Masses the weekend of September 8-9 to introduce this new Faith Formation program to our entire parish. This program will be under the direction of Venus Wozniak, our new Faith Formation Director, and Christen Morris, our Assistant Faith Formation Coordinator. Im excited about the many different opportunities we will be offering you and your family to grow in your faith. There are over 44 programs and events scheduled this semester, from September 1st to January 1st, and we encourage you to come to a minimum of four of these events. The majority of the parish will receive the G.I.F.T. Program book on September 8-9. These experiences are meant to strengthen our St. Dennis community with a deeper faith life, a deeper celebration of our faith, and greater service to others. Parish Picnic Sunday, August 26th!

We will open with the 11am Mass in Dellwood Park at the Fine Arts Pavilion. All are invited. Enjoy our tried and true favorite past times: the pie baking contest, bingo pavilion, bean bag tournament, and other games run by the Dance Factory. Donations are being collected as prizes if you have something you can donate, please drop it off in the parish office or the Narthex. Feel free to include a business card with your donation. For lunch, please bring a picnic lunch and beverages for your household AND side dish or dessert to share with others OR if you prefer, The Knights of Columbus will be providing hot dogs for a free will donation. Hot Diggety Dogs! If you would like to enter a pie into the contest, bring it to the gazebo following Mass. Judging will take place at 1:00 pm. Volunteers are needed! ST. DENNIS FUNDRAISER SUCCESS CONTINUES
