The term "addiction" is used in many contexts to describe an obsession, compulsion, or excessive physical dependence or psychological dependence, such as: drug addiction, crime, alcoholism, compulsive overeating, problem gambling, computer addiction, pornography, etc. This is a social website for encouraging people to abstain from various addiction causatives. It works on the principles of health promotion and strengthening the society. It not only makes the users aware of the diseases caused but also how to get rid of their respective addictions. It also provides details of various rehabilitation centers based on the geographical location of the user. EXISTING SYSTEM: The system involves paper work in the form of maintaining various files and manuals. Maintaining critical information in the files and manuals is full of risk and a tedious process. The existing system needs to save his information in the form of excel sheets or Disk Drives. There is no sharing is possible if the data is in the form of paper or Disk drives. Its a limited system and fewer users friendly. Searching of particular information is very critical it takes lot of time. The system doesnt have flexible based services. Secure access of confidential data is not possible. This system doesnt have the capability of spread the awareness of direct or indirect for different addictions. There is no registration and profile management is implemented in the existing system. The existing system user interface doesnt provide to interface for interact doctors and members. The existing system not probably mentions the various rehabilitation centers according to geographical location of the users. Providing automatic newsletters for different scenarios is tedious job. The existing doesnt have the capability for work as a 24 X 7 mode

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT: The project is fully integrated with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution and developed in a manner that is easily manageable, time saving and relieving one form semi automated. In medical terminology, an addiction is a state in which the body relies on a substance for normal functioning and develops physical dependence, as in drug addiction. When the drug or substance on which someone is dependent is suddenly removed, it will cause withdrawal, a characteristic set of signs and symptoms. Addiction is generally associated with increased drug tolerance. In physiological terms, addiction is not necessarily associated with substance abuse since this form of addiction can result from using medication as prescribed by a doctor.
