If your child is new to BOSS you will be required to complete a registration form and pay a registration fee of 15 per family. Forms can be provided to you by BOSS staff, via our Facebook page or on email upon request.

Half days are not available on Wednesdays when we will plan a trip. All children must be dropped at the Toll Centre by 10am in order to participate in activities. Children can be collected after 4pm when we will return from activities. Children should be provided with a packed lunch and water bottle. If BOSS will not be run due to low numbers we will provide at least one week's notice to all parents who have made a booking. In the case of a childs absence, full fees must be paid for all days booked unless 7 working days notice was provided. Children should bring weather appropriate items such as labelled sun protection cream, sun hat, change of clothes, wet weather clothing each day. If you are unable to plan the days you require in advance then 48 hours advance notice must be given. This allows us an opportunity to revise any staffing requirements to accommodate your request. A place will only be provided if staff/child ratios allow us to accommodate your request. For child protection, children's personal mobiles are not permitted in BOSS. Any personal belongings brought to BOSS remain the responsibility of the child, parent / carer. Premier / Super Fifestyle discounts will apply for valid cards in bill payers name. The card must be photocopied by our staff. Failure to pay your fees in time may result in the service being withdrawn.
