What makes the INB different than a regular notebook?

Many traditional notebooks have a tendency to get disorganized easily. Papers fall out and get lost. Notes can be bored and hard to understand. Many students do not take pride in their notebook and consequently do not use it to help them. Your interactive notebook will be your most valuable tool this year. Notes and new ideas will be presented in a clear manner that you will be able to use as your own personal how-to guide to Algebra 1. You will need the skills you learn this year when you take other math classes throughout your education. If maintained well, the INB will travel with you next year and be an extremely useful guide as you review topics that we learn this year.
