Technical Study

4.1 Objectives of the Study We will transform a certain van into a moving food stall. We will use materials such as posters, stickers and other fliers to design our van and transform it into something modern. Something that will catch the attention of the buyers. We will get our stocks in our main office. We dont have an exact location since we are a moving food stall we can just park it anywhere.

4.2 Products/Services Our main product is the food in a bowl. It is composed of rice and a viand of delicious and affordable dishes like pork adobo, hotdog, corn beef, sisig,Tapa, Tocino and etc. We will also offer ice tea and water. As for the services we can guarantee that we will serve our customers professionally and fast. We will serve them for their convenience.

4.2.1 Description of Products and Services Tocilog- Rice topped with Tocino and Egg. Tapsilog- Rice topped with Tapa and Egg. Hotsilog- Rice topped with Hotdog and Egg. Cornsilog- Rice topped with Cornbeef and Egg. Pork Sisig- Rice topped with Sisig (Add ons: Egg)

Lumpia- Rice topped with Lumpia. Adobo- Rice topped with Adobo. Ice Tea- Lemon Ice tea (which will be placed in styrocups)

Convenient and Fast Service - The service that we will offer is absolutely convenient and fast since it is a moving food stall wherein we can just park it outside the school or offices, so that it would be very convenient and accessible as well.

4.2.2 Use of Products and Services Our products and services are specially designed for those people who are very busy and doesnt have a lot of time for their break. We offer different dishes that would surely fit their budget.

4.5 Machinery and Equipment Understanding the customers individual needs and the capability to satisfy them is our major concern. This is in turn dependent on the machinery and equipment that we will be using to produce good quality fast food. We will be using a leading brand for our stoves, oven, freezer and other equipments. And for our minor machines like the ice tea dispenser we will settle for equipments that are made in china as long as it is safe to use.

4.9 Utilities The following table presents the assumed breakup of utilities on a monthly basis: UTILITY Electricity Water Gas Telephone As depicted above the most of the fast food machines require considerable gas during the preparation process. The preheating procedure of the equipment before commencement of preparation also consumes considerable gas. It is assumed that utilities expenses will be increased by 10% every year. MONTHLY CHARGES
