Ans:- Fund Transfer Order 4) Can we Generate Job cards in ACC Software? Ans:- No, its not Possible to generate job cards in ACC Software, its only possible to generate at MCC Level.
5) What is the Role of APD?

Ans:- Monitor facilitates and coordinates the works executing under NABARD and EGS component of IJP, Field verification and supervision of works executing, Uploading and approval of generated FTOs through eFMS for payments of work. 6) What is the Role of EC? Ans:- Check measurement of works, preparation of work estimates for NABARD and EGS Components through TA and ensure quality in work execution. 7) What is the Role of Cluster TA? Ans:- Identifying of works, preparing work estimates, uploading data in IJP server of TCS using eMMS module. 8) What is the Role of CO? Ans:- Downloading the job cards from web, Data entry and generating Work estimations and pay order generation, uploading the data to state data centre and maintaining Acc Software. 9) What is M.B? Ans:- Measurement Book used by TA to record work measurement.

12) What is Uploading?

Ans:- Daily Transactions are generated in excel format and that files to be uploading to state data centre server for updating the web reports.

Ans:- Using Internet Connection and FTP(File Transfer Protocol) tool.

What is IJP-EGS?

Ans:- The works funded from MGNREGS shall be considered as IJP_EGS. These works are drilling of bore wells/tube wells and ground water recharge structure.

Ans:- works funded by NABRD shall be called as IJP-NABARD. These works are purchasing motors and pump set, cost of energisation and lift irrigation work.

Ans:- Approximately 60,000 Borewells covering 22 Districts of Andhra Pradesh. 35) What rigs are being used in drilling Borewell? Ans:-DTH and Rotary type. 36) How many points will be given to each rig owner for drilling? Ans:-100 points per rig for DTH to be completed in 2 months period, 30 points per rig for Rotary to be completed in 3 months period. 37) Is there any weekly/monthly target for the Rig owner? Ans:- A minimum of 11 borewells shall be drilled per week per rig and 5 tubewells per fortnight (14 days) from the date of allotment of work. 38) How the Rig Owners are being selected? Ans:- Through EOI. 39) Where should I apply? Ans:- In Your District DWMA office.
40)Is EOI only for Bore wells?

Ans:- No, The EOI is called for drilling of bore wells, supply and fixing of PVC casing pipes.
41)What are the rates offered?

Ans: Bore well Drilling (DTH) Rs. 230 per metre up to 90 metres. Bore well Drilling (DTH) Rs. 250 per metre from 91 metres to

120 mts Bore well Drilling (DTH) Rs.275/-per meter from 120 to 150 mts Bore well Drilling (DTH) _ Rs.300/- per meter for more than 150 mts

Tube well construction (Rotary) Rs.820/- per metre. Rates for PVC casing pipes shall be as per SSR

42) I am a rig owner, I have some queries, whom should I contact? Ans:- Project Director,DWMA of Your District. No queries will be answered over email/telephone etc. All queries will be answered in the pre-bid meeting only. 43) What is the scope of the work? Ans:- Drilling of borewells / tubewells, insertion of PVC casing pipes, taking soil samples, recording the lithology of the site, conducting yield test. 44) What is the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)? Ans:- Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.50,000/-. EMD should be deposited in the form of crossed Demand Draft. drawn on any nationalized/scheduled bank in favor of The Project Director,DWMA , payable at ___________. (District Head quarter). 45) What should be the validity period of EMD? Ans:- EMD in the shape of Demand Draft shall be valid for 180 days from date of receipt of application. 46) How much is the security Deposit? Ans:- Security Deposit at the rate of Rs. 500 per bore point shall be submitted when work order is given. 47) What capacity of rig is required? Ans:- The rig shall be equipped so as to drill a depth of 300 mtrs .
48)What is the Duration of the contract?

Ans:- One year or till such extent period as mutually agreed by the Department and the Rig owner / agency. 49) How is payment made to Rig owner? Ans:- The payment will be made by the Assistant Project Director, DWMA concerned, through e-Fund Management System.
50)What should be submitted for payment of bills?

Ans:- Expenditure Bills and 3 photographs of the drilling activity i.e., (a) before drilling with the rig positioned.

(b) during drilling after water being struck and (c) During yield test using V-notch. 51) When is payment expected? Ans:- Payments shall be made within 2 weeks of completion of work. 52) Are soil samples required? Ans:- Yes, samples of the rocks/soils shall be collected at the intervals of 10Mts depth in course of drilling. 53) So, maximum 100 points per rig is allotted? Ans:- further work can be allotted subsequently depending on satisfactory completion in time of 80% of previous borewells allotted. 54) What in case if the BW /TW being lesser in quantity and availability of Rigs is more? Ans:- proportionate quantity shall be arrived per rig and allotted accordingly. 55) What is the maximum depth of drilling allowed? Ans:- The drilling depth in case of BW is limited to 120 metres and in case of TW the depth is restricted to 80 metres.
56)After completion of the drilling of 1 bore well/tube well whom

should be informed ? Ans:- The Rig owner should handover the completed bore well / Tube well to TA / EC and a certificate is to be obtained from him / them along with signatures of at least 2 BUG / TUG members in the prescribed form and sent to the APD incharge of the programme. The completion of drilling work will be promptly reported to the APD in charge of the drilling programme, who in turn would depute his representatives to visit the site and verify, measure and check measure the details of the bore wells. 57) Can a request be made for extension of time for drilling of BW/TW by rig owner? Ans:- Yes, he shall apply in writing to the Project Director, DWMA within 2 days of the date of hindrance. 58) If diesel rates are increased during the contract period, will the rate per metre changes or remains same? Ans:- The price variation to be allowed in rupees per metre shall be calculated based on the following formula

For Bore well -

(current price of diesel 45.08) x 2.62 per - (current price of diesel 45.08) x 5.00 per

metre. For Tube well metre.

59)What price of Diesel is considered as it varies from each

district? Ans:- The rate of diesel will be finalized by the Commissioner, RD based on the price at Hyderabad whenever the rates are changed.
60)Who will check the quality of the PVC casing material at site?

Ans:- Quality Control Engineer of the RD department.

61) What is the role of Quality Control Engineer? Ans:- QC Engineer, will collect the Samples of PVC casing pipes from 1% of all borewells / tube wells drilled by each firm / rig owner and is sent to testing centres for testing. Final bill shall be cleared only upon receipt of the test reports. 62) Ans: The bore well is to be flushed intermittently and at the end of
