ABSTRACT
The main aim of the project report titled A STUDY ON QUALITY OF

WORK LIFE IN GOME REAL IT(P) LTD, CHENNAI is to analyze the level of satisfaction in the job and to identify the factors causing stress and effects of stress on work. The research is descriptive in nature. The research has been conducted with the help of primary data and secondary data. The primary data have been collected through questionnaires and through interview method. A sample size of 110 employees was chosen from the total population. The sampling method adopted was stratified random sampling technique. The analyses used are percentage analysis, chi-square test, and correlation analysis. From the response of the employees it is found that most of the employees are satisfied with the Quality of Work Life.
