Effect (Hex): The Wizard causes thorns to grow inside the body of an enemy, wracking him with excruciating pain. Each turn the subject of this Hex must make a Will Power test or suffer a -10% penalty to all tests and lose 1 Wound regardless of Toughness Bonus or Armour.

AWAKENING

Wildheart: Life needs little excuse to propagate, and even the casting of the simplest of spells can bring forth the full bloom of renewal. Its wholesome energies can reinvigorate and heal, knitting broken bones and staunching blood loss. Whenever you successfully cast a spell from the Lore of Life, you or an ally of your choice within 12 yards, may heal a number of Wounds equal to your Magic Attribute.This ability has no effect upon Heavily Wounded creatures. Effect (Augment): The Wizard converts water into a mildly fermented beverage of his choice (ale, beer, mead, etc). This Augment affects an enough liquid to sustain a dozen people for a day, and works no matter how foul brackish the water originally is.

THE DWELLERS BELOW

Effect (Direct Damage): Trees have long and wrathful memories, needing only a little magical encouragement to lash out with root and branch. This uses the Large Round Template. Effected creatures suffer a Damage 4 hit; if they are within a forest or wood, this attack has the Impact quality.

LORE

Effect (Augment): The Wizard listens for the subtle signs of earth and branch. The wizard gains a +20% Bonus to all Follow Trail tests. This spell lasts until the Wizard enters civilisation, such as a man-made road, cultivated area or settlement.

EARTH BLOOD

Overcast (33+): Increase the range to 24 yards

Effect (Direct Damage): Gnarled creatures emerge from the ground, their steely strong fingers tearing at the foes flesh, clutching their limbs and dragging them demon to who knows what fate. Use the Large Round Template. Effected creatures must pass a Strength test or be dragged under the earth to their doom.

QUAGMIRKS EMBRACE

Casting Number: 19+

Ingredient: The fresh Lifeblood of a Beastman (+2)

Effect (Augment): Invoking the name of Duthandor, lord of the ancient wildshrines, the Wizard infuses his fallen friends with fresh life, closing wounds and broken bones with supernatural speed. Effects a number of friendly targets up to the casters Magic Characteristic. Effected creatures heal 2d10 Wounds. Overcast (24+): Increase the range to 48 yards OF

Effect (Augment): The land grows sodden, drawing down the Wind of Ghyran and dampening flames as they burst into life. All effected creatures suffer a +5 Bonus to Casting Rolls to cast any spell from the Lore of Life. Additionally, all Fire based attacks suffer a -5 penalty to Damage (to a minimum of Damage 1).

Casting Time: Full Action Ingredient: A Shield woven from Brambles (+2)

SHIELD

Note: Heavily Wounded characters heal only 2 Wounds from this spell rather than rolling.

THORNS

Effect (Augment): At the Wizard's command, crawling brambles burst from the ground, forming a living barrier around his allies. Effects a number of friendly targets up to the casters Magic Characteristic. Any creature that attacks a creature that is protected by this spell suffers an automatic Damage 3 hit after their own attacks are resolved.

Note: This spell only inflicts a single Damage 3 hit on a target, regardless of how many times attacks it makes. OF

Effect (Augment): The wizard fashions for himself a walking throne of vine and bracken, to renew and strengthen his connection with the living world. All the casters damage dealing spells deal +1 Damage. All the casters healings spells heal +1 Wound to Lightly Wounded creatures.

The caster may choose to re-roll any result on the Tzeentchs Curse tables, but must accept the result of the second result.
