DESCRIPTION OF THE SCHEDULE PROPERTY Un regd. Partition dead of 1963 shows a partition of the ancestral property of mr.Muuthuraj being divided among Mrs. Rajamal his wife and 3 sons Mr. Pursgotham naidu Gajendra Naidu and Munusamy naidu.The same is shown in schedule A and B respectively. The deed is registered but signed by all the 4 incumbents being the legal heir of the executor. Mr.Purshotham Naidu in turn has sold a portion of his property being S.no 93/1 more about 1 acre out of 1.80 acres allotted in his favor. He led executed the under the cov no.485/69h both himself and his minor children in favoring A.Shanmugam Gajendran S/o Amavasi residing at Chennai peravalur, golapapuram door number 33 Permal koil street Dr.Radhakrishnan of C.I.T nagar Chennai had inurn purchased the said property from the A.Shanmugam and A.Gajendran with sale dead no. 803/1978 at 15/6/1978 Dr.Radhakrishnan inturn had sold the above said entire 1 acre of vacant land to V.P Krishnamurthy s/o v.Prakash with record doc no. 275/82 in the office of st.sub re I madras south. V.P pathasarathy has sold the property to mrs.rajabai amal w/o purshothaman naidu, residing at door no 1/40, mangadu, no 58 pria panichery village,gandhi road. Mrs. Rajabai amal w/o Parthasarathy died on 31/7/95 on or the certificate 772/95 intestate leaving behind her children smt vijaya vanajakumari lalitha kumara and sons jeyadeena nd dharadharan this is evident from the L.H certificate issued by the tasildhar sripermbadur cide 5033/2001/ dt 13/7/2001 and the death certificate enclosed in the file itself. The legacies as mentioned in the legal heir certificate said above had entered into an understanding for disposal of the property and getting their shares so, they seem to have appointed Mr.K.Maoharam s/o P.Karuppiah as their power agent and had executed the power of attorney in the office of SR virugambakkam, vide doc no. 2052/06 dt 31/5/2006 The above said five legal heir of the descended mr.rajabai subsequently entered into a sale deed vide doc no.2819/06 dt 14/7/2006.the property of 1 acre of vacant land seems to have been sold to Mr.P.SaravananRaja 8/0, power of attorney K.Manoharan. S\o Karuppiah this property was sold to Mr.Saravanaraja s/o late ponnyswamt vide doc no. 2819/2006 and 2820/06 by the power agent. Doc 2819/06 dt 14/7/06 shows the sale of 2304 sq ft of vacant land home site with inner maintained schedule on part of the property whole property of 1 Acre as said above. TRACING TO THE TITLE TO THE PROPERTY: The immovable property comprising in the a/m schedule in Sy No. ________ totally measuring to an extent of ________ Acres ________ cents or _________ Sq fts was originally owned by _____________

On perusal of the documents produce before me it is observed that no indenture of title evidencing _______________originally acquiring the said property is forthcoming.

Conclusion: There is no Nil Tenancy certificate claim/ application has been filed in respect of a/m schedule property under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu land reforms Act. The EC produced shows that there is no encumbrance or subsisting charges over the schedule property. In view of the aforesaid, it can be inferred that _____________ is the absolute owner in possession and title in respect of the Schedule property.

CERTIFICATION OF TITLE: After carefully examining all documents listed herein above and for the cogent reasons given herein, I am of the opinion that _________________ has been seized with a valid marketable title and the absolute ownership of the schedule property is free from all encumbrances: they are in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same by paying up-to-date taxes in respect of the a/m property and thereby exercising all rights of absolute ownership over the schedule property, without there being any let or hindrance.
