A pass in Engineering Degree in the relevant discipline and should not have completed more than three years after passing Degree as on 01.05.2012. A pass in the relevant trades. Candidate should not have crossed 23 years as on 1.4.2012.

NOTE :1. Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC and PWD candidates is allowed as per rules. (PWD candidates will be considered for selection to Computer discipline in Degree category). Stipend and period of training are as per Apprentices Act 1973 (Amendment). Period of training Stipend : 1 year : Rs.3560/- p.m for Graduate Apprentices and Rs.1970/- p.m. for Technician (Vocational) Apprentices.

Candidates must bring with them the originals and one set of attested copies of the following documents / certificates. i) ii) iii) Proof of date of birth (SSLC) Degree Certificate and Mark list Caste/community certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates and for OBC, Non Creamy layer Certificate (issued by an authority not less than the rank of a Tahsildar). The written test (with respect to the branch studied & multiple choice type) will be conducted at FACT Training Centre, Udyogamandal and it will be of one-hour duration. Dependent candidates shall submit a dependency certificate from the HR Department while appearing for the written test. Candidates from states other than Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Pondichery and Lakshadeeep, must submit a no objection certificate from the concerned Board of Apprenticeship Training (BAT) / Regional Directorate of Apprenticeship Training (RDAT), while appearing for the written test.
