Rcv.DateCustomer nameSignature Dispatch DateCustomer Name Signature I am satisfied with the job done on my product Terms & Condition The customer must receive job sheet when the product is given for warranty/non-w arranty repairs and the customer must verify the contents of the job sheet. GL Electronic pvt.ltd.represented by its Electronic division(GL) warranty that G L electronic and its accessory(product)is free from defects in material and wor manship according to the terms and condition of limited warranty, a copy of whic h is available in the user manual. The GL authorized service center shall provide warranty services on GL Electroni c as per terms and condition. 1. The customer must produce the purchase receipt at the time of giving any product for repairs & produce the original job sheet at the time of ta ing de livery. 2. if the defect are due to liquid damage, tampering ,or other related matt ers the customer will have to pay the repair charges. 3. If the GL has any manufacturing fault, it will be replaced within 7 days form the date of purchase. To determine whatever the defects are in-built or ta mpered by the customer, the decision of the engineers of GL will be final. 4. The defective spare parts replaced while underta ing the repairs of the product under non-warranty repairs shall be as per the applicable spare parts price list approved and recommended by GL The defective spare parts replaced wh ile underta ing the repairs of the product under non-warranty will be returned t o the customer. 5. The charges for labor as well as spare parts used for non warranty repai rs shall be as per the applicable spare parts price list approved and recommende d by GL. 6. GL shall ma e all efforts to ensure that any product is repaired within 7 days, from the date of the receipt of faulty product .At times; however, due t

GL shall not be held responsible for any loss/losses whatsoever in t he event of the delay in repair for such for such aforementioned reasons. 7. The customer shall ta e delivery of the product within 14(fourteen )days of delivery date/written intimation from GL 8. GL is not liable for any memory setting and data loss during the repair. 9. In the event of any dispute arising out of these terms & condition t ,the same shall be submitted to the single arbitrator to be appointed by GL and the award/decision of such arbitrator shall be final & binding on both the part ies. The venue for such arbitrator proceeding shall be in head office. By accepting the job sheet it is deemed that the customer agrees to al l the terms and conditions mentioned in the job sheet.. 10. Any dispute arising will be subject to Delhi jurisdiction .Terms & cond itions may be change without any notice
