Introduction

On this report I presented my profile as a teacher and my interpretation about why my dominant perspective is TRANSMISION and NURTURING taking in consideration a lot of aspect inside of the evaluation and the best way to summarize on myself as a teacher besides I want to comment about the test because I take two times the test just for know if my result is consistent how I see my profile, that is why Im not was sure about the result but in two occasions was the same result and how improve my weakness to avoid inconvenient in the near future.

In addition, the importance of knowing my personal teaching perspective is to Apply new ideas inside of the classroom take in consideration my strengths And weakness on education field as help to promote the good habits of the Manage classroom to analyze the whole aspects to create a backup of bunch of Knowledge and habits to improve the proficiency and accuracy to being a new Generation of educators in El Salvador.

If we can talk about definition of TPI as the name is indicate is perspectives of the profile of the teacher in what way the teachers can be develop or combine the different perspectives inside of the classroom to operate in the best way and know the practical implications to mutual benefit between learners and teachers.

The TPI result and the description

In my result the perspective dominance is nurturing and transmission as a dominant perspective and according to description of both is involve in the require of the motivation and the adequate relation between teacher and students although of the motivation, orientation, and involve to provide clear objectives and goals.

On the other hand my two highest scores, I think both of them are consistent, taking account the times that I participate in front of the classroom management the classes that is why My TPI have 2 points difference among actions, beliefs and intentions in the developmental perspective to improve the classes

In conclusion, I feel that we cannot generalize about the only one perspective if not I take in consideration a lot of perspectives to know the most appropriate way to teach even if will be children or adults being better learners. It depends on the situation and the motivation of the person, and the level of enthusiasm he or she has for learning to promote the best to improve the knowledge
