Work Experience in Chashma Nuclear Power Plant

I got advance training in Chashma Nuclear Power Plant (CHASHNUPP) from Feb 02, 2009 to Feb 25, 2011 in all the sections of Nuclear Power Plant specially Turbine Side, and conventional Iceland and now working as Planning Engineer while planning the erecting and commissioning jobs of different machines such as pump stations , Feed water Stations etc on Microsoft Project 2007 and reposting the daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to top management. Serving in a CHASHNUPP-3/4 as Project Engineer since March 2010 , where Assessing the most competent vendor for a given assigned responsibility and define timelines of the activity in light of the plan from the Technical Group and in consultation of Vendor. Documented report submission of the planned activity with complete Technical details and daily work status after the project initiation and its adherence to the predefined timelines in extra to telephonic daily update of the project status.

Work Experience with Unilever Pakistan Limited

Served Unilever Pakistan Limited from Sep 1, 2008 as JUNIOR MANAGER PROJECTS to Feb 01, 09. I have completed following Projects in Unilever Tea Factory whose completion contains many intelligent design estimations that I applied to the facility during its installation when our pre designed calculations lead us to failure. New Packaging Unit for Tea Fast loading Mechanical system for dispatching our Finished Products to our distributors.

Internship Experience

Muhammad Hammad ur Rehman Cost reduction of drilling oil and gas well by the implementation of Inventory Management Mathematical Models (IMMM).7-8 May 2008, ATC 2008, Pakistan. Served in ALLIED CAT for three months an authorized dealer of Caterpillar Products in Pakistan as Internee Engineer in Sales and Installation. where I learned how to search a client in Pakistan and then to coordinate all the activities starting from the earnest money and bank guarantees to the installation process and commissioning of the equipment at the concerned site and then ensuring that all transactions are cleared. Four week internship in Drilling Department OGDCL HOUSE from Dec 17, 2007 to Jan 16, 2008: in which I learned how to plan for the sight which is to be drilled in accordance to GDO, and studying different problems which are usually encountered while drilling and how they are solved. Served as Internee Engineer in SSGC Karachi. Undergone a detailed study how the companys Design and Planning Department and Cathodic protection department works and learnt the Lowering job of transmission QPL pipeline in the river bed of Bolan (river) undertaken by P & D Department of SSGC and that of compressor station operations and maintenance at Shikarpur Headquarter Four week internship of mechanical maintenance of heavy industrial equipment and operation process of cement manufacturing in Fecto Cement Islamabad from 6th MARCH to 6th APRIL 2006.

Major Projects:

Design, simulation on Pro-E and fabrication of a robot having six degrees of freedom. Design, simulation on Pro-E and fabrication of another robot having three degrees of freedom, and having the ability to move with the interrupts from DSP kit. Study, design and fabrication of an apparatus used for finding the coefficient of friction of different materials at any desired angle of incline plane. Design and fabrication of defensive control system in which a barrel of tank was able to detect any obstacle coming in its predefined area, and fire that enemy. Study and fabrication of different structures of fiber glass. Study of Solar Water Heater.
