15. How can we protect ourselves from earthquakes? The project is relatively safe from earthquakes as the site is around 15Km away from the nearest fault line. 16. How do we handle questions regarding Taal volcano eruptions? Tagaytay City is relatively safe from possible volcanic eruptions from Taal since it is located on higher elevation and is facing away from the volcano. During eruptions, the most damage that can possibly in Kasa Luntian occur is ashfall. Tagaytay City officials and residents say that more tourists come to Tagaytay when there are reports of upcoming volcanic activity. 17. Can we connect the multi-point heater to the kitchen sink faucet? Given the limited expected use of the units, we prioritized locating the multipoint heaters in the T&B.

Delivery
1. When is the turn-over date? We will be turning over by building starting with Bldg B on 3Q 2014. 2. How much are the association dues? Given that Alveo is entering into a new type of product and that services will be differentiated from our regular condominium projects, we are still in the process of discussions with APMC for the estimated dues. Initial comparisons can be made with Two Serendra, which has similarities in scale of amenities, whose current association dues are pegged at P93/sqm.

Pricing
1. How do our prices compare to Tagaytay Highlands? The project is priced 7% lower than the prices of Tagaytay Highlands. Kasa Luntian actually provides more value for money considering the developments very low density, very unique concept and the Ayala/Alveo brand. 2. How do we justify our price versus competition?
