ROLE OF HRM IN CHANGE MANAGEMENT :( SOCIO-TECHNICAL CHANGE)

PRE- TESTING QUESTIONAIRE INTERPRETATION:


This questionnaire was filled by the 30 respondents among them 10 were managers, 10 were assistant managers and remaining are supervisors from different departments of the organization. Different respondents gave different definition of the word validation. Some defined validation as to make something validate legally, some said is the process of determining the accuracy of a research or a model and few of them replied that validation is the process of testing accuracy in a research. The validation process starts with the introduction, then by clarifying the objective of the validation, then defining the tools for the measurement of the validation and then by defining the types of the validation. The sample size require for research varies in each research and also depending upon the variable of research studies. Most of respondents answered that the process of validation should be standardized and few of them answered in the opposite way. 21 respondents answered in favor of question regarding about the protocol and guidelines for validation and 6 were not in favor of using the guidelines and protocol for validation and remaining did not answered. 16 respondents answered in favor of using the standard sets of samples for validation testing, 9 respondents answered against of this question and 4 respondents did not answered to this question.

ETHICAL STANDARDS FOLLOWED FOR THIS RESEARCH:


The topic of my research project is The role of HRM in change management; i.e. sociotechnical change. The submission of this research project is compulsory for the completion of my BBA degree. During the completion of this research study I have followed the following ethical standards; This research work is my own research following the models and empirical studies of different research meaning that without having plagiarism. I cited the work of the other researcher in this research also with proper references. There is no misuse of the information gathered from the different sources for this research completion. The research is not fabricated or falsification meaning consisting of fake research. I have done this research by regular visits to the fields. The questionnaire is also open and not conservative or biased and it reveals the full information regarding the research study. No information given by the respondents is misinterpreted for the desired results. There is no harm whether psychologically or physically to any person through this research. This research is free from biasness. The tests, tools and other qualitative methods use for determining the results, I was very well aware of these methods and tool. I have done this research in my university and this project is also the property of my University. This research will be kept save and not given to anybody for publishing and other use. I have thanks to all the pupils who directly or indirectly helped me in the completion of this research study.

4. HR manager can make the change successful by changing the beliefs of the employees. 5. Providing training to the employees during a change process also changes the internal culture of the organization.. 6. To make the change successful, the existing culture of the organization should be change. 7. The feedback back process also manages the change successfully. 8. Proper and clear communication with the employees makes the change possible. 9. Communication barriers at workplace during the change process can be removed by the internal meetings with the employees. 10. Communication with employees during the phases of the change process gives confidence and satisfaction to employees. 11. HR support to the employees gives confidence to embrace the change and this will increase their commitment. 12. Commitment can be enhanced by accepting the fact that each employee is an asset for their organization during the communication process by the HR managers. 13. Bringing technological change increases the quality of product.

14. Change in an organization also improves the quality of work and brings quality to the life of the employees.

Complete guidance, assistance and training remove the resistances during the change implementation process. 20. Differences in values, beliefs of the organization, change plan and mission brings resistance to the change. 21. Fear of losing job during a change process brings resistance by the employees. 22. Removing the communication barrier during the change process reduces the resistance by the employees.
