Please note: Booking & Payment: Works elements: 3 working days in advance of your desired advertising start date, by 9AM.

The Chamber needs to receive all artwork and content by 9AM 3 working days prior to the advertising start date.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of payment. Customised campaigns and pricing are available on request. Advertising and Sponsorship opportunities for the website are currently not available. With the launch of the Chambers new website, this situation will change. PROCESS: 1. Advertiser requests dates and rates 2. Chamber raises invoice 3. On receipt of payment, dates are confirmed 4. Advertiser provides JPEG files and text in a WORD document (if / where applicable) to the Chamber via email. 5. Chamber prepares mockup of advert for Advertiser within 2 days of notification of payment of receipt of work elements (if received by 9AM). 6. Advertiser approves artwork via email 7. Advert/s scheduled Terms and Conditions All advertising material &/or elements must be received in electronic format. A production / origination charge will apply for any work required on material. If advertising material is received too late for the scheduled send, the booked space may be invoiced for the amount stated on the advertising quotation. Rates are subject to change without notice.
