Loud World Tour 2011

CATERING RIDER
MEALS: The Purchaser will provide the following catering for RIHANNA, band, dancers and crew. The production will liaise with your local caterers during the advance re: exact menus. PLEASE NOTE THAT NEITHER TAKE-OUT NOR REHEATED MEALS WILL BE CONSIDERED ADEQUATE OR ACCEPTABLE. All food must be fresh and hygienically prepared. Please note that at all meal times a vegetarian alternative must be provided. All meals must be served on china plates, clean table linen and with metal cutlery. Please provide sufficient plastic cups and hot cups. All meals must be accompanied by appropriate condiments such as salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, mayo and a variety of hot sauces. PLEASE NOTE: A few people in our group have SEVERE food allergies. Please CLEARLY MARK any foods containing ANY of the following ingredients: NUTS, SHELL FISH, PORK.
BREAKFAST: For 80 people. A hot breakfast comprising of eggs, bacon or sausages (with vegetarian options), French toast or hash browns, tomatoes, sliced white and whole wheat bread with a toaster, butter and low fat spreads, jams, peanut butter - (these items to be available all day thru dinner) honey, cereals, Danish pastries, donuts and whole fruit. Tea, coffee, milk (whole, 2%, fat free), soy/almond milk, yogurts and fruit juices (OJ, Cran & Apple), asst sodas (inc. diet) and local spring water (NO Aquafina/Dasani, or other filtered tap water) - This drinks service MUST be replenished & be available all day and thru load out. LUNCH: For 90 people. A hot vegetarian soup, a light buffet meal, ie: pasta / pizza / fish / mexican / etc. Chilled sliced deli meat, cheese & LTO trays to be replenished until the end of service. Fresh salads - including a green leaf, tuna & potato salads & variety of salad bar items (i.e. chickpeas, beets, shredded carrots, etc.) Sliced white and a selection of whole wheat breads, butter & low fat spreads, snacks (i.e. cookies & brownies),chips and a sliced fruit platter. + Drinks service. DINNER: For 110 people. A hot three-course meal comprising a vegetarian starter (not soup from lunch), a main course choice of fish, chicken or meat and a vegetarian entree with rice or potatoes and a selection of fresh vegetables and salads. A dessert, including a sliced fresh fruit platter, as well as another local dessert option.
